  • Together with our partners, you identify new positions and are independently responsible for filling them (recruiting, conducting interviews, personnel selection)
  • You will lead the onboarding of new employees and support our team members in all HR areas
  • Together with our Head of Operations, you will develop strategies and measures to strengthen and further develop our corporate brand and be responsible for implementing these measures
  • Improve and further develop our internal processes


  • Successfully completed studies or training with further training as a specialist or business economist
  • First professional experience and expertise in the field of HR
  • You have a good feeling for people
  • Fluent German and good English skills, both written and spoken
  • Proficient handling of MS Office, especially Power Point and Teams
  • Ability to work independently
  • Organizational talent, quick comprehension, ability to work in a team
